Our Mission

The mission of the Vanderlip Heritage Foundation is to promote history, art, and nature on the Palos Verdes Peninsula. Through art, music and gardening workshops, the Foundation strives to preserve wildlife, classical gardens, historical sites and archives in the area.

Built in 1916, the cottage was the first Vanderlip home on the Palos Verdes Peninsula.
